The Strengthening Commercialisation Skills (SCS) programme is an intervention designed to address the persistently high unemployment rates in South Africa. The initiative emerged from a collaborative research project conducted by the EDHE and the British Council. To aid in the development of the programme, the EDHE and the British Council enlisted the services of Oxentia, a UK-based consultancy specializing in innovation management and technology commercialization.
